A Talented Team
We are delighted to congratulate one of our managers who will be joining the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of all health & social care services in England, as an inspector! We see this as a glowing endorsement of Fairmont’s training and the quality of staff we recruit. Caroline has been a huge asset and we are so happy to share her success with you. Caroline was closely involved in the recruitment of her replacement Matt Stevens who she will be mentoring until she moves on at the end of October. Well done, Caroline!
Matt Stevens comes to us with years of experience as a registered manager and a whole lot of passion for care. When we asked Matt about his first impressions of Fairmont, here’s what he said: “What a very welcoming staff team! Going the Extra Mile
People who work in care do so to make a difference to the people they support. Our staff at Fairmont believe in going the extra mile. One of our service users made some very special memories this August when he was a groomsman at his brother’s wedding. He was supported on the day by a great staff team.
Mum’s comments after the day: “What Fairmont did to facilitate my son’s attendance at the wedding was over and above what any other service provider would have done. You planned for every eventuality… Thank you, Fairmont, you are outstanding!”
